At the request of customers, we also quickly build test stands to confirm theoretical assumptions with physical measurements and the expected characteristics for the measured graphs. The test stand reproduces the current kinematic system of the assembly machine.
The stand used two laser rangefinders from Wenglor and Baumer and a digital oscilloscope. The measurement data was exported to a csv file and characteristic charts were generated, which were then analyzed and included in the report.
